Judit Gorog

I'm Judit, the Founder of Proficient VA. I am providing reliable and professional virtual administrative support or PA services to my clients since 2018.

 

After working for many prestigious organisations like the University of Cambridge, the Cambridge City Council and the Cambridgeshire County Council (just to name a few) as a Senior PA and Executive Assistant I have decided to start a new career as a freelance Virtual PA.

Qualifications

In case you are looking for a Virtual Personal Assistant, I understand that you would like someone who is experienced and also has the relevant qualifications. I have always been a keen learner and I do think that continuous professional improvement is vital for someone in my position. Please find my most important qualifications listed below. 

 

Certificate in Professional PA and Secretarial Skills (with Merit)

I have completed this course at Reed Business School and passed the final examination in 2011 with Merit.

Personal Assistant and Executive Assistant Courses

At Reed Business School I have attended four courses:

  • Commercial Business Awareness for the Senior PA

  • The Executive PA

  • HR for the PA and Administration Personnel

  • Management Skills for the Senior PA

 

Certificate of Proficiency in English (CPE)

As I have always felt that it would be important to have a proof of my English knowledge I have passed the CPE exam in Cambridge in 2014. The Cambridge Proficiency exam is the highest level of the Cambridge exams in general English.

Microsoft Office Courses for Advanced Users

I have attended four courses:

  • Microsoft Excel Advanced Formulae and Functions

  • Microsoft Excel Advanced Validate and Summarise

  • Microsoft PowerPoint for Existing Users

  • Microsoft Outlook for Existing Users
